Chris Anger, 1836 Portsmouth. There was a large body of people last night, Sat. 08/08/15 at the corner of Woodhead and Richmond blocking the streets In all directions. We were coming home from a party and we could not get through the intersection. I believe the police were called and a few people arrested. There were maybe 60-75 people standing in the street and around the restaurant. There were also cars backed up to the bridge trying to get through the intersection. Does anyone have any information on what was going on, it was quite disturbing. Please let me know. Thanks, Chris
